Spring / Summer Menu!
We have started our new menu here at Joyful Journey. Come stop in and taste how delicious it is!
Sunday – Mediterranean: chicken souvlaki, wild rice, hummus, carrot dip with fresh vegetables and pita chips, and baklava.
Monday – Salad with soup or sandwich.
Tuesday – Caribbean night (plant based menu): Jamaican BBQ, impossible meatballs, whipped potatoes, island vegetable blend and carnalized plantains.
Wednesday – Asian infusion: orange chicken or sesame mushrooms, vegetable fried rice, stir fried vegetables, Asian slaw, vegetable eggroll and dessert.
Thursday – Comfort food: yak or mushroom sliders, potato salad and dessert.
Friday – Italian inspired: lemon artichoke pasta with chicken or mushrooms, summer salad and dessert.
Saturday – Latin night: tilapia with orange pomegranate salsa, Latin green rice, elote salad and fresh chamoy cups.

The Easter bunny is bringing Spring in the basket!
Look around at all the new life! We see tulips waking up, birds singing in chorus and the greenhouse is really coming to life! While there is still snow up high on the mountains, down here we are happily awaiting flowers, butterflies and so much more.
